Thigh high boots with a clear thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) upper and metallic silver accents.  The 7" (178mm) heel and 2 3/4" (70mm) platform is also clear. 

These boots have an open toe and fasten with a zip at the rear for easy on/off.
