First, the clay is shaped so that the hider gets the right design. Once the clay has solidified, the next step is to make the hide long-lasting by firing the clay at high temperatures in the pottery kiln. The clay is then quickly cooled down again. Finally, the hider is hand-painted by skilled craftsmen.

The Anna hider is 100% handmade. These jars are perfect indoors. If you choose to use them outdoors, you must take them inside in winter, as they are not frost-proof.
