This ex-designer fabric is a pre-pleated satin. These panels are pre-pleated and pre-cut into skirt panels. It's a light to medium weight satin in an inverted knife pleat. They have a great movement! Opaque with a smooth handle, and lovely satin sheen. Would make the most incredible dress or skirt, so romantic!
