Tasting notes:

Pale lime-yellow colour. On the nose, lifted floral and musk aromas with hints of apple and mint. Light-bodied and sweet palate with fresh, zingy acidity and highlights of green apple and floral. Light in alcohol with a refreshing finish and a fine mousse.
