The arms on this chair are fixed in position and have been padded for extra comfort. Integrated into each arm is a lever which operates different parts of the chair. One lever operates the Seat Height Adjustment, which is supplied with a heavy-duty gas pipe. Opposite to this is another lever, this works the recline feature. To operate the recline, you pull the lever, lean back to the recline setting you want, and let go of the lever. This will be locked in position. To return the recline to its original position, you pull the lever, and the spring-loaded mechanism should return this to its original position.
