Large Antique Victorian garnet brooch pin featuring rose-cut and flat top pyrope garnets. Taking on the shape of a starburst or snowflake, the tiered brooch has varying sizes with five tiers of deep red garnet gemstones set in a silver mounting. A tubular hinge and c-clasp close the piece. The brooch dates to the mid to late 19th century and gorgeous beauty in very fine condition.
