If you're not careful, you can easily be blinded by the radiant appearance of the Chinese messenger of the sky. The sun glitters on the lizard's skin and the golden spikes on its back reflect its rays. The bringer of luck was inspired directly by the Year of the Dragon. Hopefully it will stick around for a while, because it looks great with those fiery red stripes along its back and the red markings on its head. It certainly knows how to defend itself with its sharp claws. Yet, it's usually it's very friendly, as you can see by the expression in its pretty green eyes. Who wouldn't want to have a friend like that?
