Our Sankra collection brings yet another particularly sustainable piece into our product range – and into your home. The Sankra door mat is made of the fast-growing, strong hemp fibre. Hemp is environmentally friendly, durable, mould-resistant, and therefore ideal for use as a doormat, runner or rug – as all of these home textiles are subject to heavy wear in everyday life. Hemp has a high abrasion resistance and its softness increases over time. The natural hemp fibres in our Sankra collection are densely and neatly strung over the jute warp. Three strips of pure, undyed wool at both ends complement the aesthetic, timeless design.
