Charming Jerusalem Cross silver and green stone earrings made in Jerusalem of 900 silver and decorated with handmade little florets with a green stone at the center. I think it is aventurine but I am not sure. The earrings are marked 90 for 90% pure silver and are from the 1930s or 40s. In good vintage condition. The original screw back mechanism is missing and has been replaced by sterling ear wires. I've included a picture from a Jerusalem's old city with the Jerusalem Cross appearing in relief on either side of the beautiful doorway.
